Eastern Prep Service has been In the apparel, footwear and toy business as wholesalers, off pricers, liquidators and importers since 1947. We have been continuously providing Amazon FBA Prep Services and 3PL Amazon FBA Logistics and Storage since 2012. We are experts in apparel, footwear and toys.

We are located in the East Hanover, NJ which is the border of Morris County and Essex County. Our modern 24 hour secure location provides an opportunity for your items to arrive to Amazon’s warehouses faster and for less money. Most of our shipments go to Florence, NJ (ABE8). We have daily pickups from all carriers.

Our turn around time is FAST! Typically within 24-48 hours of delivery.

Our Process

You Ship

You fill out our simple packing list form so we know what to expect.
You Ship directly to our address.

We Prep

We receive your shipment, do a surface carton inspection, count your quantities and send you a verified file to upload to amazon to create your shipping plan.
We'll receive notification when you uploaded your plan and then we prep your merchandise, print your FNKSU's, upload box content info, print shipping labels and handle pickups with Amazon partnered carriers.

Done

Generally within 24-48 hours of delivery, your shipment will be completely processed and shipped.
You'll receive an email from us with the itemized invoice that details your processed items. Payable by credit card or PayPal.

We are unable to handle:

Oversize items (exceeds 18" on its longest size, 14" on its median side, 8" on it's shortest side,or items weighing over 20 lbs.)

1Where are you located?
We are located in East Hanover NJ which is on the border of Essex and Morris County. East Hanover is a suburb of New York City and Newark, NJ. We are located 23 miles from the Port Newark Container Terminal
2How does Eastern Prep Servies access my shipments?
At the time of onboarding you will send us an invitation to Amazon FBA Supply Chain Connect. Once approved we see only the FBA shipments you want us to see and work on. NEVER give any 3rd party access or even limited access to your Seller Central Account.
3Do I have to set up Amazon FBA Supply Chain Connect?
If you are sending us one-off shipments with just a few SKUs, such as with an FBA Removal Order, you can email us the FNSKU labels directly. Our team will contact you when your shipment is ready with the box information for you to generate the shipping labels.
4How fast do you prep and ship my items to Amazon?
We normally process and ship received inventory same-day. However, if we receive inventory towards the end of the day, it will likely be shipped the next business day. Most inventory is shipped to Amazon's Florence NJ (ABE8) warehouse and is ready for immediate receiving.
5Can you handle Containers?
Yes. Please contact support for scheduling and additional details
6How can we contact you?
There are several ways to reach us. When you are working with us. You can email or call and expect a rapid response.
7Can you ship on pallets to FBA?
Yes. We have a loading dock. We accept pallets from your suppliers and participate in pallet exchange and we can ship on pallets to Amazon. LTL or Full truckload.
8Do I need to pay a setup fee?
No. We do not charge any setup fee, monthly fee or any subscription fee. We do not require a contract. The service is pay as you go.
9Is Shipping Cost included in your fees?
Shipping cost is not included in our fees. It is billed to your Amazon account directly when we print shipping labels via Amazon FBA Supply Chain Connect You will be paying Amazon's partnered-carrier rates (the lowest in the industry!). We do not take any part in the shipping cost.
10Do you work with new sellers?
We are only working with private label and wholesale sellers at this time (generally 10+ units per SKU each shipment). We expect you to be familiar with the basics of selling on Amazon such as creating product listings, converting listings to Fulfilled By Amazon, identifying a product's ASIN and uploading a selling plan.
11Do you work with International Sellers?
Yes! We work with both domestic US and international sellers.
